A modern clinic management system, built for outpatient practices.
MyClinic is a cloud clinic management system used by family-medicine, dentistry, dermatology, paediatrics and other specialty clinics to run their day-to-day operations from one shared workspace. Reception adds the patient, the doctor sees the queue, the prescription prints on the clinic’s own pre-printed paper, and the analytics dashboard rolls it up into the numbers that matter.
The platform is a software-as-a-service product in the medical practice management category. It replaces the paper queue, the WhatsApp group, the appointment notebook and the spreadsheet with a single multi-tenant doctor clinic management system built by, and tested with, working clinicians in Egypt and the wider MENA region.
MyClinic is operated by O2Logic, an Egypt-based SaaS studio. It was founded in 2025 and serves clinics across the Middle East and North Africa. Read our step-by-step setup guide or browse the clinic management blog for practical write-ups on queue, scheduling, and prescription best-practices.

Why we built MyClinic
Most clinic software is sold as an EMR with a queue feature bolted on. We built the opposite: a clinic management system that starts from the front desk and the waiting room, where the day actually breaks. The first version of MyClinic came out of watching a single doctor in Cairo lose an hour every afternoon hand-copying patient names between a paper appointment book, a WhatsApp group, and a pharmacy slip. The clinical work was excellent. The operational scaffolding was held together by sticky notes.
We’re an Egypt-based team of engineers and clinicians who got tired of waiting for the “international” products to understand Arabic-first workflows, pre-printed prescription paper, mid-month staff rotations, and the difference between a 30-patient day and a 200-patient day. MyClinic ships in Arabic and English in the same product — no separate edition, no toggle hidden three menus deep — because every clinic we work with has at least one staff member who prefers each.
What we do
MyClinic is a software-as-a-service platform built specifically for the way real outpatient clinics work. Visits move through reception and the doctor in real time, prescriptions print perfectly onto a clinic’s existing pre-printed paper, and every action is captured in an audit log a clinic owner can trust.
- Real-time patient queue management
- Prescription printing on pre-printed paper (±0.1mm alignment)
- Multi-clinic and multi-doctor admin console
- Appointment scheduling and walk-ins
- Clinic analytics dashboard
- Audit log of every visit and edit
- Arabic and English interface
Who we’re for
We work with single-doctor practices, multi-doctor clinics, and growing clinic groups across the region — primarily in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Jordan. Whether a clinic sees twenty patients a day or two hundred, the workflow stays the same: patient in, queue, doctor, prescription, done.
How we think about clinic software
- Workflow first. A doctor should never wait for the software. Every screen is built around the next thing a clinic actually needs to do.
- The clinic owns the data. You and your clinic are the controller of the patient information you put into MyClinic. We act as a processor on your instructions — see our Privacy Policy and Terms.
- Bilingual by default. Arabic and English ship in the same product, side by side, with no separate “international” edition.
- Honest pricing. Annual subscriptions, clear plans, no per-seat surprises. Pricing is on the pricing section of the homepage.
