Analytics

Clinic analytics dashboard the numbers a clinic owner actually reads.

MyClinic's clinic analytics module turns the live queue and electronic prescriptions into the metrics a clinic owner cares about: how many patients today, how long they waited, who the busiest doctor is, which drugs are prescribed most, and how the week compares to the last one. It is the answer to 'how is the clinic doing this week?' without a single spreadsheet.

Every visit, every prescription, every reschedule and no-show is captured as it happens — so the dashboard is the system of record, not a pile of late exports. Numbers update in real time as the day unfolds, and the owner can dig down by doctor, by clinic, or by date range.

What you get

Everything inside this module of the clinic management system.

Patient volume, daily and weekly

Visits per day with a week-over-week comparison so trends — good or bad — show up before they're a quarter old.

Average wait, average visit

Mean wait-time in the queue and mean time-in-room, broken down by doctor. Useful for both pricing and staffing decisions.

Peak hours heat-map

When the waiting room actually fills. Plan reception staffing around real demand rather than rumour.

Top diagnoses & drugs

Which diagnoses the clinic sees most, and which drugs it prescribes most — sorted by week.

No-show & cancellation rate

How many appointments were missed, by which doctor, and on which weekday. Re-engage with WhatsApp reminders.

Per-doctor and per-clinic breakdowns

Same dashboard, scoped to a doctor, a clinic, or the whole tenant — without switching screens or exporting.

How it works

From first patient to last receipt.

  1. Step 1 · Capture

    Every visit is a record

The queue, the visit, and the Rx are stored as structured rows — not free text. Nothing to retro-fit later.

  2. Step 2 · Roll up

    Automatic aggregation

Daily and weekly aggregates are computed on the fly. No CSV export, no batch job, no end-of-week reconciliation.

  3. Step 3 · Slice

Filter by doctor, clinic, or date

Drop down the doctor or branch picker and the dashboard re-scopes instantly — the underlying data is the same.

  4. Step 4 · Act

    Reschedule, restock, retrain

Translate peak hours into a staffing plan, top drugs into a stock list, no-shows into a WhatsApp follow-up.

FAQ

Common questions about clinic analytics dashboard.

What metrics does the clinic analytics dashboard show?
Patient volume (daily and weekly), average wait-time, average time-in-room, peak hours, top diagnoses, most-prescribed drugs, no-show rate, and a per-doctor / per-clinic breakdown of all of the above. Everything is computed from real visit records, not estimates.
Is the data real-time, or do I have to wait?
Real-time. Because the queue and prescriptions write to the same database the dashboard reads, the numbers update as soon as a visit moves state. There is no nightly batch and no manual refresh.
Can I export the analytics to Excel or a PDF?
Yes. Every metric can be exported as CSV for accounting, and the dashboard view can be printed or saved as a PDF for board meetings. The structured CSV is the same data the dashboard reads.
Can I compare doctors fairly?
Yes. Because every doctor's visits, prescriptions, and outcomes are recorded in the same structured format, the dashboard can break down volume, wait-time, and no-show rate by doctor side by side — without the cherry-picking that spreadsheets allow.
Does the dashboard work for multi-clinic groups?
Yes. A clinic group can see one dashboard for the whole tenant and re-scope to a single branch from a filter. The Multi-doctor Station plan supports up to 10 doctors across multiple branches with the same analytics.
How far back does the data go?
All the way back to your first visit on the platform. There's no analytics retention cap — historical data stays available for as long as the clinic stays a customer.
