How many clinics can one tenant admin run?
There is no hard cap. The Multi-doctor Station plan supports up to 10 doctors across multiple branches; larger groups are on a custom plan. The admin console scales linearly — adding a branch does not slow down the existing ones.
Are patient records shared across branches?
No, by default. Each branch owns its own patients, queue, and prescriptions, and doctors only see the branch they belong to. The tenant admin can configure cross-branch access for specific doctors when the workflow needs it.
Can each branch have its own pre-printed paper?
Yes. Each branch — and each doctor inside it — can have its own pre-printed Rx template. The system picks the right template by the doctor who closes the visit, so prescriptions print correctly even when a doctor works across branches.
What does workspace suspension do?
Suspending a workspace from the tenant admin instantly locks user logins, freezes the queue, and puts the data into read-only mode. The action is captured in the tenant-wide audit log with who did it and when. Suspension is reversible.
Can I see analytics across all my branches at once?
Yes. The analytics dashboard rolls up patient volume, wait-time, no-show rate, and revenue across every branch, with a branch filter to drill into one. Side-by-side branch comparison is one click away.
Is multi-clinic management available on every plan?
Multi-clinic admin is included on the Multi-doctor Station plan ($1199 / year, up to 10 doctors). Solo practices on the Practice plan ($399 / year) can run up to 3 clinics under a single doctor without the tenant admin console.
